Location - Central Delhi (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various means.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Closure: Present products, negotiate, and ensure successful deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Solh Wellness offerings for effective communication.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
  • Sales Success: Proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time.
  • Results-Driven: Focus on achieving goals and targets.

  • Social Media Queries: Respond to social media inquiries, engage with the audience, and provide helpful resources.
  • Content Creation: Create content related to mental health for various platforms, promoting awareness and well-being.
  • Mental Health App: Assist in managing a mental health app, addressing user queries, and ensuring a positive user experience.
  • App Improvements: Collaborate in identifying and suggesting changes for app enhancements.
  • Responding to Calls: Handle phone inquiries, providing information and assistance.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree: Completed Masters in Psychology
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy: Ability to empathize and provide support to individuals in need.
  • Digital Savvy: Comfortable with social media platforms and app usage.
  • Creativity: Capable of generating engaging and informative content.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to app development.
