1. Platform Overview

SolH ("Platform," "App") is owned by SolH Wellness Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us") and provides digital tools, solutions, and services to Users. All purchases are made exclusively through the SolH App (not via website).

2. Eligibility & Account

  • Age Requirement: Users must be 18+ or access via a parent/guardian/school.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining confidential login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. License & Restrictions

  • Grant: We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App’s tools/solutions for personal/non-commercial purposes.
  • Prohibited:
    • Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying App content.
    • Using tools for illegal/fraudulent activities.

4. Purchases & Payments

  • App-Only Transactions: All purchases (e.g., tools, subscriptions) must be made within the SolH App.
  • Pricing:
    • Prices are dynamic and listed in INR. Taxes may apply.
    • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
  • Payment Methods: Secure in-app payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, or other gateways.
  • No Refunds:
    • Digital tools/solutions are non-refundable unless required by law.
    • Subscription cancellations follow Google Play/App Store policies.

5. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content uploaded/submitted but grant SolH a royalty-free license to use it for Platform operations.
  • Prohibited Content: Illegal, abusive, or infringing material. We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Tools/Solutions: We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our tools.
  • Third-Party Services: SolH may integrate third-party tools; we are not liable for their functionality or data practices.
  • Maximum Liability: Limited to the amount paid by you in the last 6 months.

7. Amendments & Governing Law

  • We may update these Terms without notice. Continued use = acceptance.
  • Governed by Indian law; disputes resolved in New Delhi courts.
