Welcome to the Solhapp.cotm website/app (“Solh”) owned by Solh wellness Pvt. Ltd. registered at 4259/3, Ansari Rd, Daryaganj, New Delhi 110002.
Only persons who can enter a legally binding contract are eligible to purchase using the Solh. If you are a minor, (i.e., under the age of 18 years) you may purchase using the Solh only through your parent or guardian.
The user (“you” or “your”) agrees, understands, and acknowledges that the Solh is an online platform that enables you to access information and purchase products listed on the Solh at the price indicated therein at any time from any location. Your access, use and any purchases made through the Solh are subject to and shall constitute your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please exit from the Solh.
We reserve the rights to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use in force at the time that you use the Solh or that you order products through Solh.
Your Account and Access to Solh:
To make any online purchase, you will need to register with the Solh by giving certain personal identification information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the username and password to access the Solh is kept confidential. If you have any reason to believe that your username and password is being, or is likely to be used by third parties, you should inform us. We shall have the right to refuse access, terminate or remove the account or edit the contents at any time without notice.
The right to use or access the Solh granted to you is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right for personal use of the Solh. You are not authorized to (i) modify the Solh (ii) downloads or copy account information for the benefit of another service provider (iii) utilize data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You must use the Solh for lawful purposes only and must not use for fraudulent or other unlawful activity.
Book appointment and call facility
Solh enables Users to connect with Service providers through two methods: a) Book facility that allows Users book an appointment through the App; b) Value added telephonic services which connect Users directly to the Service provider’s number provided on the App.
Solh will ensure Users are provided confirmed appointment on the Book facility. However, Solh has no liability if such an appointment is later cancelled by the Service provider, or the same Service provider is not available for appointment. Provided, it does not fall under the heads listed under the Solh Guarantee Program, in which case the terms of this program shall apply.
The results of any search Users perform on the App for Service providers should not be construed as an endorsement by Solh of any such Service provider. If the User decides to engage with a Service provider to seek services, the User shall be doing so at his/her own risk.
Without prejudice to the generality of the above, Solh is not involved in providing any healthcare or medical advice or diagnosis and hence is not responsible for any interactions between User and the Service provider. User understands and agrees that Solh will not be liable for:
- User interactions and associated issues User has with the Service provider.
- The ability or intent of the Service provider(s) or the lack of it, in fulfilling their obligations towards Users;
- any wrong medication or quality of treatment being given by the Service provider(s), or any medical negligence on part of the Service provider(s);
- inappropriate treatment, or similar difficulties or any type of inconvenience suffered by the User due to a failure on the part of the Service provider to provide agreed Services.
- any misconduct or inappropriate behaviour by the Service provider or the Service provider's staff.
- cancellation or no show by the Service provider or rescheduling of booked appointment or any variation in the fees charged, provided these have been addressed to under, Solh Guarantee Program.
Users are allowed to provide feedback about their experiences with the Service provider, however, the User shall ensure that, the same is provided in accordance with applicable law. User however understands that Solh shall not be obliged to act in such manner as may be required to give effect to the content of Users feedback, such as suggestions for delisting of a particular Service provider from the App.
Where the User has booked a paid appointment and is unable to visit the Service provider, due to such genuine reasons of sickness etc. at the sole discretion of Solh, pursuant to conducting of investigation, the User shall be provided with a refund of such payment made by User, at the time of booking. However, where cancellation charges have been levied, you would not be entitled to complete refund.
Orders, Promotions, Price, Payment & Deliveries:
The order placed by you through the Solh shall be deemed an offer from you to buy the service(s) specified as per the order from Solh (“Order”).
On receipt of the order, the Solh will automatically generate an e-mail/Notification/SMS confirming receipt. The confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your Order and does not constitute an acceptance of your Order by Solh.
Solh lists availability information for services providers on the Solh app. Please note that the services situation changes dynamically and sometimes it may be delayed/cancelled. You will be informed by e-mail or by call/notification/SMS if any services(s) you have ordered cannot be provided. You will either get a refund or a new time slot will be provided to you.
Subject to availability of the services(s) ordered, Solh will confirm its acceptance by e-mail or by call/notification/SMS confirming the delivery details of the service(s) to you.
Once an appointment has been fixed through the app, it cannot be cancelled, only option available is rescheduling. But it depends upon the service provider if he/she is willing to provide acceptance for rescheduling or not. This will happen on the sole discretion of the service provider.
Any cancellation after an appointment scheduling shall be subject to reimbursement of certain charges (“Cancellation Charges”) to cover the cost of expenses incurred by Solh/service provider.
The pricing mentioned on Solh app is only includes the service providers and platform charges, government charges and taxes will be included in the final payment invoice raised to the service seeker.
You shall be responsible for payment of all charges associated with the purchase of services from us and you shall agree to bear all applicable taxes/VAT levied thereon.
You shall have the option to make the payment through the secured payment gateway facilities using your own credit cards. The delivery of the services shall be made only on receipt of advance payment for the service(s) requested.
The prices and specifications of all services listed on Solhapp.com are subject to change without prior notice owing. Hence Prices may vary on advertising material and at time of purchase due to market changes.
The services will be delivered through our platform only, once an appointment is booked and consultation has been finished, you can not ask for a cancellation or request a refund. For any inconsistency in delivery, you can mail to our support teams for resolution.
